I’m going to try this with my kids. They hate when I dance. If they really get annoying, I’ll add some singing.
I should try that, and possibly will
Make sure to post a video. I’d love to see it.
I would imagine this is a very effective technique for most kids. Not my son though. He’d give it right back to me in some interpretive dance of his own…only without the rhythm gene I inherited! 🙂
I hadn’t thought of that. I have a few who would do the same. Fortunately for me, I’m the one who lacks rhythm, so I’d be the one painful to watch.
I know it really embarrasses my kids if I try to do Tai Chi in front of them. In fact my younger daughter tries to teach me dance steps instead. Then we end up laughing because I can’t follow her instructions!
Kids can be fun, can’t they. Or rather, annoying them can be. Tai Chi is perfect!

Loved this. Reblogging it from Dawne Webber. In my case if I do Tai Chi in front of my kids, my youngest tries to teach me how to dance. She’s a keen dancer. We end up laughing because I just can’t keep up with her or remember all the dance moves!
